1,900 gallons of fuel saved per month through the use of 38 ULEZ compliant low emission vehicles

By operating a fleet of 38 ULEZ compliant low emission vehicles, we effectively save 1,900 gallons of diesel fuel each month.

This substantial reduction not only minimizes our reliance on fossil fuels but also significantly lowers our emissions, reinforcing our dedication to a cleaner, more sustainable future.

Resource recovery and sustainable waste management by diverting 3,475 tonnes of hard-to-recycle waste from landfill every month

Various materials arise from our extensive recovery process; a proportion are fine stone & soil which is subsequently washed. In addition, non-recoverable material is processed & converted from waste to SRF/RDF (energy).

This circular approach not only reduces landfill dependency but also supports energy generation, lowers overall carbon footprint, and contributes to a cleaner environment by converting waste into a valuable resource used in energy production.

Ongoing Conversion of Inert Material to Sand & Stone (Wash Plant)

Our state-of-the-art wash plant transforms inert, screenable materials into high-quality sand and stone, demonstrating our commitment to environmental sustainability by converting waste into valuable resources used locally.

This advanced process not only promotes the reuse of construction materials but also reduces the volume of waste directed to landfills. By repurposing these materials, we contribute to regional infrastructure projects and support the circular economy, ultimately reducing environmental impact and resource depletion.

Renewable Energy (Solar Power)

Equipped with large solar panels atop our recycling shed, we harness renewable energy to power our on-site equipment, significantly reducing our carbon footprint and reinforcing our dedication to eco-friendly practices.

By utilizing solar energy, we not only lower our dependency on non-renewable sources but also reduce operating costs and contribute to a cleaner environment. This initiative showcases our ongoing commitment to sustainable operations and innovation in waste management, supporting our overall goal of minimizing environmental impact and promoting green practices across our facilities.

100,000s of tonnes of Wood, Plastics, Metal, Paper/Cardboard, Plasterboard sorted for Re-use and Recovery

At our recycling centre, we sort wood, plastics, metal, paper/cardboard, and plasterboard on an industrial scale, enhancing reuse and recovery. This process not only supports the circular economy but also reduces overall environmental impact by conserving natural resources.

Additionally, our advanced sorting facilities enable us to maximize material recovery rates, ensuring that a substantial portion of what we collect is redirected from landfill to sustainable reuse, further supporting our zero-waste goals.
